Lumps In Arms After Liposuction

How come my arms have weird lumps after lipo? It's like fat is concentrated in some areas?

This is normal. It will go away eventually. Don't worry. However, there are steps you can do to make it go away faster. It may feel tender an you may feel a little bit of pain in your arm, but try gently massaging it with the palm of your hand. The idea is to "flatten" the lumps. Getting warm compress and putting on top of the lumps will also greatly help. Another trick is to get an empty Snapple bottle and fill it with hot water. Gently roll the bottle over the lumps and in other parts of your arms. This will relieve you of the pain as well as make the lumps smoother.
