Kate Moss underwent plastic surgery in her early 20's because she had a slightly bulbous nose. Her nose job successfully narrowed the width of the bridge and tip, but it's now a bit crooked. The problem with nose jobs is that sometimes the cartilage can warp. A lot of times the plastic surgeon will remove cartilage from the ear or rib and transplant it into the nose to act as a "silly putty." They will use this cartilage to reshape the nose to the desired shape. But, as previously stated, sometimes it can warp and change shape. This is all part of the risk factor of plastic surgery. Well, Kate Moss definitely looks good after her nose job, but it's just a little crooked. More character!!!
